We are here to remind employers that
Tolerance and Diversity is "atwowaystreet"
Many employers are getting involved in the cultural war that rages on around us and forget that "Tolerance and diversity" means nothing if it is only extended to activists and not traditionalists on the issues of the day.
Respecting and welcoming intellectual diversity does not mean that we should have no opinions--or that we should consider all conflicting viewpoints to be equally valid. Toleration of difference does not require intellectual apathy. A respect for pluralism does not mandate relativism.
Yet mandated relativism is exactly what is being institutionalize at many companies, and there seems to be no room for those that disagree. People with beliefs about right and wrong, and good and evil are being labeled as "intolerant". The very people that are preaching "Tolerance and Diversity" are absolutely intolerant of people who believe differently than they do.
And so "atwowaystreet.com" is dedicated to putting an end to the discrimination that is being ushered in under the guise of "Tolerance and Diversity". We are here to join together those that want to remind their activist employers that "Tolerance and Diversity" is atwowaystreet.
